Ordering:

We make each piece to order so please allow about 10 business days for us to make your order and get it in the mail. You should receive an email with your shipping information once your jewelry is in the mail. If you need your jewelry to arrive by a certain date please email amy@amywing.com with your request and we will try our best to accommodate you.

 

Shipping:

Domestic Standard Mail

  • USPS First Class Mail with tracking is currently free on orders $50 and over, $5 on orders under $50.
  • It will arrive within 10 business days of shipment.

Domestic Priority Mail

  • USPS Priority Mail with tracking is $9.99.
  • It should arrive within 2-3 business days of shipment, but keep in mind that shipping is moving slower these days which we have no control over.

Canadian Standard Mail

  • USPS First Class International mail is $14.00.
  • The shipping time can vary greatly when crossing the border. Typically it will arrive 2-3 weeks after shipment.
  • This service comes with tracking information, but we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
  • We will not mark an item as a "gift" or minimize the stated value of the shipment. This is illegal and we can be penalized heavily for doing so.
  • All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

International Mail

  • We ship to most countries, but if yours isn't available please email amy@amywing.com and we will see what we can do.
  • USPS First Class International Mail is $15.
  • The arrival time of international shipments vary greatly. Often it will arrive 3-5 weeks after shipment.
  • This service does not offer reliable tracking information and we cannot guarantee delivery date.
  • We will not mark an item as a "gift" or minimize the stated value of the shipment. This is illegal and we can be penalized heavily for doing so.
  • All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost Packages:

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages. If we have a package sent back to us for an incorrect address, we will email you an invoice to cover the cost of shipping the package a second time.

We have worked with the post office for years and have had remarkably good results, but there have been times when packages take an unusually long time to arrive. If you haven't received your order within 21 days of receiving the email stating that your order was shipped, please email us at amy@amywing.com.
